WE WON'T ALLOW IT!: SENATE TRIES TO TALK OUT ASUU FROM A LONG TERM STRIKE

The upper chamber of the legislative arm of the Federal government of Nigeria headed by senator Bukola Saraki, the senate president has take a huge step to entice the ASUU out of the strike.
In an open letter signed by the president of ASUU (Mr. Biodun Ogunyemi),the president calls for the ASUU members to go on an immediate warning strike which starts today and will last for a week, purposely because of the Government failure to meet their demands.
The senate been fully aware of the repercussions that might follow this warning strike, addressed the situation,as senator Bukola Saraki,the senate president, enjoined the chambers to comply to the 8 years agreement between them,which includes the funding of public universities and many more.
An agreement is yet to be reached between the both parties.....
