PANDEMONIUM ON CAMPUS, AS GENERAL ASUU STRIKE LOOMS

In a newsletter signed by Mr. Biodun Ogunyemi, the President of the ASUU, It is gathered that all ASUU members are to embark on a warning strike.
The warning strike which will last for a period of one week will take full effect on 16th of November 2016, at exactly 12:00(midnight) till 12:00(midnight) on 22nd of November, 2016.
The letter explained that the strike is to compel the government to agree to some terms,which includes the funding of revitalisation of public universities and many more.
Fear has since set into the OOU campus as many student are afraid that the warning strike might result into another 6 month strike or more, like the last one that occurred back in 2013, despite just resuming from a fresh strike....

OAU refuse to join the strike. Let see what other schools will do.

Yes it is worth watching, because looking at the present economic malaise, it will not easy for government meeting any terms for now, we pray the strike does not get to be as long as 2013 own
