An organization that forget the right of the people to the "freedom of speech" is like a house with no foundation.

The body of OOU Reporters  has therefore decided to promote the freedom of speech of OOUITES, by getting  them involved in the opinion thursday.

OOUITE that wish to participate in the opinion poll, must send a 250-500 word essay to our gmail on any "TOPIC" released for OOU to react upon.


Our editors will review those opinions submitted and be subjected to public voting, then, the winner will be announced as "THE WRITER OF THE WEEK" and will have a #500 recharge card added to their pocket.
