MUSLIMS TO START FAST TOMORROW MAY 27TH

The Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) has announced that the Islamic holy month of fasting will start tomorrow. This was confirm by the chairman of the council, Sultan of Sokoto.
While speaking further on the beginning of Ramadan, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede who is the council secretary and also the JAMB registrar said the moon that signifies the beginning of the month has been sighted at different places across the country.
Apart from the 29 to 30 days of fasting, Ramadan is also a month when Muslim abstain from all sort of sins and immorality.
