Fresh Students who could not meet up with the school fee deadline due as at 24th of November, 2016 had no choice than to grab a copy of Diploma form which will serve as a substitute rather than going back home. 

Before the affected ones made this decision, they had written several letters of complaint to the office of the Vice Chancellor and several meetings with the SUG President but all to no avail. 

They lost hope in the re-opening of the portal when Identity cards were given to their mates and had no choice than to grab a Diploma form which is still available.
