AN OPEN LETTER TO OOU SUG ON ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN AGO-IWOYE II

  By OLALEYE SAMUEL. A

There are many steps and ways the Student Union Government can help in this situation of no light in Ago-Iwoye.

I'm not among the Student Union Government, so, I can't decide for them, but I can possibly bring some action steps  they can carry out to solve the issue of blackout in Ago-iwoye.

Mainly looking at it, we cannot rely on the school authorities on this issue alone, there are still possible terms of solving this issue.

If the Student Union Government can come together, look for a way to reach the Oba of Ago iwoye, at least look for a representative to go there, discuss the issue with him, tell him to put his kind on the light issue, I think the Oba of Ago iwoye can look for a possible solution to the matter, though it is not easy to carry out the task but I think it is necessary.

Aside from that, they should still seek for the school authorities permission to carry on the task.

If possible, the matter should reach one of the high class in ogun state, I mean maybe one of the senators in ogun state, and if possible the governor of Ogun state, since Olabisi Onabanjo University is a state university formerly known as Ogun State university, I believe they will consider and hear us out.

This way, issue of light will be solved, at least there's a saying that wisdom and knowledge is requited in everything that we do.

So, steps should be taken as soon as possible, even there are students in campus that are capable of convincing an individual, we have high class citizens sons and daughters in this school so what do you think.

The Student Union Government should put much effort and take possible steps on issue of blackout in Ago-iwoye.
